This was the most unique Bonsai I've ever seen.

The striations on the trunk and the setting of it are what caught my eye.

Black Calla Lilies

 

These are quite beautiful in real life.  I had taken a photo of them against white calla lilies however, the black absorbed the light and it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to.

Bed of Rocks

 

The line formations of the rocks caught my attention.  Again, the combination of hard and soft elements.  Kinda reminds of wallpaper for my computer.

 Changed the previous picture to sepia and boosted the color.

 I was driving one morning and I happen to look up and see these interesting wisps of clouds.  I pulled over and started taking pictures with my camera phone.  Never seen this shape before or since.

Don't Look Down!!

 

Zip lining across the river gorge.  I'm laying on my stomach in the canvas with my camera securely around my neck and arm.  I would do this again in a heartbeat!

I don't know what it is but there's something calming about this for me.

I also love the juxtaposition of hard and soft elements.

Orchid in the Rain

I was standing on my parents' balcony and the rain started to fall, I grabbed my camera and I instantly got lost in the sound of the shower while looking through the lens capturing different flowers and plant life.  This was my favorite of that sequence.

Hurry Spring!!!

I always called this my "cotton ball tree". 

I took this a few years ago and I still love looking at it.

It's still early but I'm really ready for Springtime.
